Renault repairs are "very expensive"
"After the release of the first batch of research results, it attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. At present, the "zero whole ratio" is not only one of the important indicators to measure the economy of automobile maintenance, but also has become an important reference indicator for the public to buy cars rationally. According to Guo Hong, director of the property insurance department of the China Insurance Industry Association, like the first batch of research results, the second batch of research results of the "zero integer ratio" disclosed this time also involves 18 common domestic models. Among them, the model with the highest "vehicle zero ratio" coefficient is Renault Koleo, up to 719.75%; The lowest is the Great Wall Tengyi C30, with a specific coefficient of 230.98%.
It is understood that the price range of the 18 models announced this time ranges from 5~80,000 yuan to more than 800,000 yuan. Among the 4 models of 5~80,000 yuan, the Shanghai Volkswagen Santana has the highest zero ratio of 402.75%; The remaining three models are FAW Besturn, Brilliance China and Great Wall Tengyi, with zero ratios of 393.98%, 275.77% and 230.98% respectively. Among the 4 models of 8~110,000 yuan, the Changan Ford Focus sedan has the highest zero integer ratio, at 392.14%; The zero ratio of Shanghai GM Chevrolet, Shanghai Volkswagen Skoda and Dongfeng Peugeot 308 is 377.49%, 316.42% and 370.60% respectively. Among the models of 11~150,000 yuan, FAW Mazda's zero ratio is as high as 656.32%; The zero ratio of Dongfeng Honda Civic and Roewe 550 is 375.23% and 247.36% respectively. Among the 3 models of 20~350,000 yuan, the zero ratio of the Subaru Forester is 378.72%, and the zero ratio of Renault Koleo and Changan Volvo is as high as 719.75% and 662.53%% respectively. Among the models of 35~800,000 yuan, FAW Audi Q5 and Land Rover Evoque have a zero ratio of 431.22% and 405.38% respectively. The Porsche Cayenne is 371.10% and the Volkswagen Touareg is 346.42%.
There are many "tricky" price adjustments by manufacturers
It is worth noting that in addition to the disclosure of 18 new common models, the above two associations also continued to track the changes in the zero ratio of the first batch of 18 models.
Judging from the research results released on April 10, the zero-intensity ratio coefficient of Beijing Benz W204 is as high as 1273%, ranking first among 18 models. The zero ratio coefficients of Yaris, BMW 320i, Corolla, and Camry are also significantly higher, 720%, 662%, 625% and 504% respectively. The zero ratio of Yuedong, Lavida, Kaiyue, Passat Lingyu, Citroen C5, Accord and other models is more reasonable, distributed in the range of 271% to 343%. In October, half a year later, 11 of the 18 models had a zero ratio decline, 2 were flat, and the other 5 models did not fall but rose. Among them, the zero ratio of Beijing Benz W204 decreased by 100 percentage points, but it was still as high as 1172.65%; The Corolla zero ratio fell the most, from 625% to 388%. In addition, from the overall data of the first batch of 18 cars, the total price reduction of accessories was 1.425 million yuan, and the price of accessories decreased by 5.72%.
Statistically, car repair prices seem to have decreased, but why haven't the cost of repairs changed for most consumers? In response to the reporter's question, experts from the China Insurance Industry Association also revealed the "trickiness" in the price reduction of automakers. The above-mentioned experts said: "Although some automakers have achieved some results in reducing the price of spare parts and reducing the cost of car consumption for automobile consumers in the past six months, a few models have only reduced the price of high-value, low-frequency parts such as engines and gearboxes, and did not reduce or even increase the price of relatively low-value, high-frequency parts such as bumpers, resulting in most consumers not feeling the reduction of maintenance costs in the process of daily car use. ”
Break the monopoly "patient"
In fact, the huge profits of the automobile maintenance industry have long been an "open secret", and the release of the zero ratio is just to give consumers a more intuitive price comparison standard. To truly break the profiteering and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, it is also necessary to fundamentally break the monopoly chain of auto parts.
"In our country, consumers can only obtain auto parts from car brand dealers and auto suppliers, while in Europe, whether it is a car dealer or a repair shop, they can purchase directly from manufacturers specializing in manufacturing parts. It is these parts manufacturers with their own brands that break the monopoly that the monopoly between car brand dealers and car suppliers cannot be formed. Feng Jun, secretary-general of the China Automobile Maintenance Industry Association, told reporters that the research results of the automobile zero integer ratio will continue to be released, and the two associations will also deeply refine the analysis of the statistical scientificity of the zero integer ratio of each model, especially for those low-value, high-replacement accessories, such as front bumpers, lights, leaf plates, etc., so as to make the cost of car repair more transparent, so as to more fully protect consumers' right to know.
According to Feng Jun, not long ago, the Ministry of Transport, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of the Automobile Maintenance Industry and Improving Service Quality", which will be officially implemented on January 1, 2015. Based on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the automobile maintenance industry, improving and upgrading maintenance services, the opinion puts forward a total of 21 measures, one of which is to advocate breaking the monopoly of auto parts channels and highlighting the market-oriented mechanism. The two associations will also adhere to the concept of serving consumers, fully learn from foreign maintenance and vehicle risk research results, and continue to carry out refined research on zero integer ratio, especially on the zero integer ratio of vulnerable parts, that is, the data of parts with high frequency of replacement in the process of consumer use, and regularly publish it to the public.
